About the Conference

The conference aims to highlight the crimes of the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people, particularly the crime of genocide in the Gaza Strip. The conference will host a distinguished group of legal experts, unionists, academics, human rights activists, judges, and law professors. They will discuss the practical and procedural steps necessary to prosecute war criminals and perpetrators of genocide in Palestine and ensure their accountability before international courts to achieve justice and redress for the victims.

The conference also seeks to raise global awareness of the humanitarian suffering in Gaza and unify legal and human rights efforts to support Palestinian rights and achieve international justice.

This includes documenting crimes committed against the Palestinian people, particularly war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide in Gaza.

Adopt a legal strategy to prosecute and punish occupation leaders and war criminals.

Developing legal frameworks and innovative strategies to ensure that perpetrators do not escape international justice.

Build an international support network to defend the rights of Gaza's victims.

Establish global alliances and legal coalitions comprising organizations, experts, and institutions to advocate for victims' rights and prosecute war criminals, ensuring international justice.
